Challenges

It was big but we did it

The version I had to work with as a baseline had many confusing business terminologies, which necessitated conducting a thorough assessment and team training to restructure the navigation and rename certain business features that would create long-term issues. Additionally, we were working with our custom framework, which led to moments of tension. Compilation was required to visualize the visual changes, and the application’s loading speed was a concern due to unnecessary libraries, which required contributions from everyone involved
