In this project, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating a seamless integration of our design solutions with the development team’s efforts, despite the lack of prior experience in Agile methodologies and the absence of a dedicated project manager. I meticulously organized and structured our design deliverables, creating clear guidelines and prerequisites that streamlined the entire workflow. This proactive approach not only enhanced communication and collaboration but also ensured that our design concepts were readily translatable into actionable development tasks, contributing significantly to the project’s overall success and timely completion.

In the project, my deliverables consisted of carefully crafted user interfaces for both the touch kiosk application and the mobile app, aimed at ensuring a uniform and user-friendly experience.
